Seto does not have a moving castle.
But he's also the wealthiest dragon in Domino, so if Atem ever wants a moving castle, he shall have one built for him.

*The pages of the spellbook in Yugi's arms start flipping wildly and emitting an increasingly intense light. Faint roars and shattering noises can be heard in the distance as enemy ranks crumble to dust. Kaiba kneels to the ground in a somewhat pained stance, and Atem holds him until his form splinters and breaks into a scatter of glowing particles. Then slowly, he gets back to his feet with an unreadable expression.*
[Dragon Slayer Yami] One Dragon-type monster was just destroyed by Yugi's card effect, which brings your life points down to 3500. Now, from my hand I activate Quick Attack.
[Dragon Slayer Yami] Let us bring this vile affair to an end. Direct attack on player!
